Arms arching.
Had my first Hatha yoga lesson on Wednesday. It was not as easy as i thought. Quite tough.
The postures I learnt requires much of the arm support. Therefore, my arm arched the next morning. haha!
Came home yesterday trying to do some. Cant remember all the steps at first. But after a few tries, again, I can feel my arm stretching again. Im going for pilates after the completion of the yoga. *excited*
Terrence has got 2 tickets for Superband live tonight!!! He wanted to give me the tickets but Ive booked movie tickets with darling at 5.45pm tonight and to attend Gab's birthday at around 10 plus. It would be super rush for me. awww.... MI LU BING!!!
Am meeting darling at 3pm. See if can track Shem&Roy at town when I reach. Gab's birthday pressie!!! Forgot all abt it.
Sorry eh, dude. Was too busy with work and all. Really no time to shop properly for your pressie~
