She had only joined us for 1 week. And she was informed that this field got its peak and non-peak period. When the volume of the wafers from our customers get low, its obviously we appear to be much more relax as compared to other periods. Also, can you really understand the whole workflow in a coy after only working for 1 mnth? She doesnt know anything. Nothing. She is not fit to make comments like "this position is more for married, old personals. In other words, she thinks its much more like a after- retirement-job"

Its not that Im trying to be petty over such a comment made by her... But is she saying that we are all doing nothing in the office and shake our legs thru office hours and get paid for doing nothing? And and and, IM NOT OLD, OKAY!?!
In a way, all of us feel that she is insulting what we are doing. Of course, we felt offended. You can be honest. But I seriously feel that when you decided to be honest, please think whether your honesty will hurt anyone or not. She is obviously not thinking this thru'.
Watching Shoot 2 on Chn U right now. Discussing about teenagers bullying the weaker ones. Somehow, I think such talkshow isnt very appealing to me. Whats the use of talking and discussing when nothing even change after that? Everyone is born with a different thinking. They might be talking with big reasons, big logically thinkings...
