went online today with a mentor beside me. Jodice. shes a good mentor. sweet and lovely. heh.
so kan cheong when the first call rang! omg. i simply cant speak well. i mean i cant remember what are the documents needed for opening an utility account! and the informations i need to get from the new customers. lol! and i do mixed up all the information.
without any disappointment, a nasty customer called in. trying to make things hard for me, man!
she wanted to close her commercial account for her old office and need to open a new account for her new office. then, she was asking when will her security deposit in her old account be refunded. and then she was practically yelling into my ears!
"I dont understand why does SP keep my money and yet need me to pay another security deposit for my new account!?!?" damn! come on, if you have no money, dont keep changing office! AND this is the company's policy. theres nothing we can do, alright?
beside this nasty caller, others was okay. nice and patient with me. heh.
i prefer working. time passes fast. and im like only working for 7.5hrs. isnt it short? lol.
went window shopping with Esther after work today. aww.. saw so many nice items which im lemming for. i will be again patiently waiting for my pay day on the 14 of next mnth.
ohh.. missing my darling again. *grinz*
