went online today with a mentor beside me. Jodice. shes a good mentor. sweet and lovely. heh.
so kan cheong when the first call rang! omg. i simply cant speak well. i mean i cant remember what are the documents needed for opening an utility account! and the informations i need to get from the new customers. lol! and i do mixed up all the information.
without any disappointment, a nasty customer called in. trying to make things hard for me, man!

she wanted to close her commercial account for her old office and need to open a new account for her new office. then, she was asking when will her security deposit in her old account be refunded. and then she was practically yelling into my ears!

"I dont understand why does SP keep my money and yet need me to pay another security deposit for my new account!?!?"

damn! come on, if you have no money, dont keep changing office! AND this is the company's policy. theres nothing we can do, alright?
beside this nasty caller, others was okay. nice and patient with me. heh.
i prefer working. time passes fast. and im like only working for 7.5hrs. isnt it short? lol.

went window shopping with Esther after work today. aww.. saw so many nice items which im lemming for. i will be again patiently waiting for my pay day on the 14 of next mnth.

ohh.. missing my darling again. *grinz*

aw... now im being trained in how to open and terminate utility accounts through the hotline. its tough. my trainer talked the whole day and i think only 75% went in. loads of procedures to follow and tonnes of RULES to remember.

forgot to bring my handphone out today. all my dearies trying in vain to contact me. Why?

babes: next week la, k? i dont wish to travel back to town la. *pity me*

received two emails from vpost telling me that both my AE and VS items arrived at vpostUSA! wOohoo! now, im waiting for them to advise me for the vpost charges on friday. *smiles*

lynn is evil! shes asking me whether im interested in getting anything from Hollister! omg.. nono! im saving up! will wait for my pay to arrive on the next 14! i need the money!

as usual, was busy with my work these few days. i dint even have the time to do other things.

dont wish to mention what i did in the office today, cuz its gonna be boring. lol! but im gonna share some funny stuffs i came across while doing liten-in today!

received a call from this Doctor Lau Ah Seng asking us whether we are PUB. *rolled eyes*
come on, if you are educated, you should jolly well knew that Sp Services does not = PUB.
he knew nothing about the tariff rates and calculations of the bill.
hey, Mr. are you really a doctor?

and a Madam(boss) from a Music School called and rant that she was being charged too much higher as she and a retail shop below her shared a meter. and she claimed that they were being dishonest by charging her 300 plus a mnth when she could see that the retail shop is using much more than her. *breaths*
in the first place she shld not even have shared the meter with the retail shop. now, she wanted to separate bills, she gotta install two meter for both water and electricity by getting her own license plumber and technician . and shes ranting that SP SERVICES SHLD ALSO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE TOO!

knocked off at 530pm. meiyan forced me down to bugis to meet her up then go to her brother's birthday at ang mo kio together. see la, shes my cousin somemore. abusive! haha!
so the poor and tired me sway my way down to her manicure shop and stare at her.

met Gary at 9 plus to get my Nai You Shu Bing! hehe! hes sooo sweeet! initially i only wanted 2 boxes. but he bought me 4 boxes! accompanied him for dinner and hit my bed straight when i reached home.
damn, im always so tired. as what Sharon said, the tireness is accumulating already!

its Sunday again. weekends seems to pass so fast! aww.

will be doing listen-in tomorrow in the office. i will be assigned to one of the seniors and listen to how she/he handle calls. i've actually did that on Saturday. so, not excited at all. lol. but at least we dont need to sit in the training room and do classroom training.

was trying very hard to get some information into my head just now.
the operating hours and hotlines for some important department for SP services. darn. its not easy, okay?
HQ operates on 8am to 6pm on weekdays and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. rest on Sunday and public holidays.
CCS at Woodlands operated on 8.30am to 5pm on weekdays and 8.30am to 1pm on Saturdays. blah blah blah...

hotline for the General Enquiry is 1800-222-2333. MSSL hotline will be 1800-233-8000. am i nuts? lol!
these are the basic stuffs we need to know. omg. so many things to be squeezed into my tiny lil' brain!

after such a long time, i only get to see him for 3 hrs last night. i've got so many thing to tell him. about my job and working life! so many... but he aint giving me a chance. and i guess he dint even realised that he needs to give me time to talk to him. ever since i started working, he seems much more busy than i am. i found it hard to talk to him.

seriously, i want him to know almost everything in my life and me knowing whats going on in his life. am i being too much? however, i think its just a simple request. we are not spending time together, and this is the least thing i wanted from him. hope he is not finding my difficult.

P.S: hope im not getting tired of this relationship.

Esther. 22, single. cheerful, talkative, humorous.

my first day at work at SP service really tires me out. its not the amount of task given but the amount of imfomation i gotta get it into my head. both class training and system training included.

there is only 3 of us in the training class. pathetic, yeah? my trainer is a pretty and petite lady. however, whenever she started training, all of us will start yawning. oh my, eyes really closing! imagine her talking frm 9 to 530. and we sitting frm 9 to 530!

eating in town is always boring. expensive and tasteless food! oh god, how am i gonna survive?!?!

theres a test on tues. on the operating hours and contact number of different section of the company.
esp the customer service centre. its only a small test. hopefully i can get them all right. *prays*

next week is gonna be same. 17 days! my training lasts 17 days!
tmr is work day again. buts its only half day.

have not seen him since tues. miss him loads. who else? my darling of cuz! darling invited me over to his house for lunch tmr! heh. he MUST be missing me loads too!

im getting more and more lazy to blog.
now that i can have all the time i want, i find it meaningless! im basically slacking all the way at home!
i was suppose to start work last thurs. and jazel called me telling me that the starting date had been pushed backwards. oh damn. so, im starting work this coming thurs. yes. this week! hope there wont be any changes. else, im gonna make recruit express terminate and contract and pay me! lol!

darling came to my house for the past few nights. *grinz*
he had already became a part of my family!
i made him accompany me to meet up my spree participants at yishun on saturday and have lunch together. else, i gotta go myself and buy him lunch! *humpf*
when we reached home, he started glueing his eyes on the tv and PS2 set. out of boredom, i took out the brightest colour of my nail polish collection and kill some time.

had a fun time!

in the night, we went to SGH to visit his grand-uncle. his mom told us that maybe he cant live till tonight.
was shocked and sad.
his grand-uncle was suffering. in real pain. his legs and hand were all bloated with water. skin peeling off.
when we reached there, we were told that his liver had starting to fail.
the atmosphere there was bad. i almost cried out but decided to hold bck my tears. dont wish to make everyone feel bad.
then, at 12.30am, darling's brother msg him that his grand-uncle had passed away. maybe this is better for his grand-uncle. he dint have to suffer. hope he rest in peace. *prays*

its been a long time since i updated my shopping diary here, eh?
