had a great day today! at the same time, kinda tired. -_-"baked a cake today. if you see my cake, you will sure laugh your head off! true! no lies. tried baking a strawberry cake (my fav) for our anniversary. darling was practically lauging at me the whole day. damn! how bad, yeah? okay. its my first time. ppl make mistakes, yeah? the blur me add flour, eggs and sugar all at the same time for beating. its not the right procedure. the book says to mix the eggs and sugar FIRST. but i was acting smart. i mixed all together at the same time. therefore, i wasted 5 eggs, 120 grm of flour and 150 grm of sugar. duhz. mummy spoted my mistake. hehe.
finally, with the help on my dearest mummy, i successfully made a sponge cake. look. its only half way through. lol. argh, dont bother to mention every mistakes i made. show you guys.

Now, the funniest part.
the cake is as flat as paper. i was cutting in between the cake then realise the lower layer was freaking soft. so, after i spread the cream on the first layer, wanting to put on a second layer, it broke into many pieces. damn. so, my cake is only one layered cake. okay, this is definetly JOKE OF THE MNTH! *smiles*

was slacking around my house when darling suddenly yearns for mahjong. he called Andrew over. darling was telling me we shld team up and win his fren's money. BUT! in the end both of them won my money! damn! i will NV forgive them! haha!
wanted to go to the gym tmr. but our dearie Shem isnt free. okay, set it on fri then.
